The state forest of Schwetzingen Hardt is true green lungs of the district, a major recreation area of Rhine-Neckar region and the Odenwald, most suitable for the latest art: the hiking. The marked routes lead you to the most attractive observation points as well as indicate the comfortable stops along the way.

For those in search for something special: unique trails, comfortable road paths, breathtaking views and varied „levels of difficulty / heights“. All the above characterize the routes of our region. Everything that a cyclist could wish for... short or long, hilly or flat, with or without...the routes are picked up in all its abundance.

Cycling area of Baden-Württemberg

We on the south have a right to be proud: Baden-Württemberg has accomplished 2016 as Nr.5 of most favourite cycling areas in the country. And this after being included since the last year into Top Ten of the most popular ADFC-Cycling tours statistics.

...ADFC (German Cyclists' Federation) quality-certified cycle routes: the newly marked 4 Star Odenwald-Madonnen-route from Tauberbischofsheim to Speyer and the Stromberg-Murrtal-route to be marked with 3 Stars next Friday. These cycling routes add to significant quality standards in order to make the bike tourism in Baden-Württemberg even better in its abundance.
